The chatbot acts as an AI agent capable of providing on-demand information such as customer profiles, deposit maturity data, banking reports, and other operational insights. The system retrieves data from dedicated internal repositories, reports, and supporting systems, without direct integration with the core banking system. This approach ensures higher security, flexibility, and compliance with internal banking policies.
