A demand projection system based on Machine Learning using statistical Linear Regression, implemented in the Service Division of KMSI. The system forecasts service demand and spare part requirements based on multiple business variables. The model utilizes historical machine usage data, customer profiles, coal price trends, and other operational parameters to generate reliable demand projections. This implementation improves operational efficiency, minimizes overstock and stock-out risks, and strengthens medium- and long-term business planning.
